Online system for managing your customers

How does it work
Our reseller program is simple and you can start earning money right away.

E-mail us and request a reseller account (minimum top up amount is 40 EUROs)
Login into your myaccount. You will have the option to create and manage your customers accounts and to have your own resellers.
Decide if your customers should be reseller as well (if they are you will also earn money on the traffic generated by their customers)
Create ratelists for your customers applying the rates you wants. This way you can decide the margin you want to make. You can create exceptions and special offers for some destinations
Collect money from your customers and choose the calling amounts you grant them.
Fund your reselling account
Give your customers their SIP details to call.

We are happy to introduce some new features on our system (effective February 2010).

- Geo access / local access service:
Your customers can now access the service via a local access number. To do so the customer has 2 options: He will need to register his phonenumber in his profile, and call the access number from this same phone.If your customer is not a reseller, he can generate a personal-code that will allow us to indentify his account when he calls the local access number. (like this he can use the service from a phone that doesn’t belong to him.)

- Calling cards
You are now able to generate “calling cards” in your reseller menu. (this feature also applies to your customers that have reseller status). You can chose the amount of the card and the ratelist you want to offer (it for)In combination with the geo access number, anyone can access the system and enter the calling card pin. Calls will go through your account and you earn money the same way as you do now with your customers.

IMPORTANT: Local access numbers are now limited to a few countries for this first test phase. After that we will add more countries along with a ringback system.

How do I make money

You get your ratelist from us. Then create a ratelist for your customers where you chose your margin.
After that we remove the virtual amount from your customer's account according to YOUR enduser ratelist.
The difference is for you!!

Advantages:

You are free to choose your own rates for your customers, so you can set the margins for each destination
You can make different ratelists for different customers
You can select a fixed margin (for ex. 10% on all destinations) or make custom lists
You can choose the min amount per minute that you wish to earn
You decide the billing increment for your customers
Your customers can also be resellers and create their own customers accounts. You will earn your profit margin on these calls as well
Logging on to the administration unit for your reselling system is seperated from the login page for your customers
