Steps to take:
1. Create a SIP account at Adepto Telecom - click here
2. Top up your account - click here
3. Download the FREE fring for your mobile by clicking here
4. Free fring software will be configured for Adepto Telecom however you can double check by simple 3 settings (at other SIP provider settings: yourusername / password / 77.72.174.129)
5. Start calling outbound to all the normal + mobile telephones of your contacts

Fring works on Symbian based smartphones like the Nokia N80, N95, E61 and also on Windows Mobile based PDA's and smartphones like the HP iPAQ 6915 or HTC.
