Adepto Telecom is a free program that uses the latest technology to bring free and high-quality voice communications to people all over the world. When you use the free Adepto Telecom software, you can call regular phones in various popular destinations for at an incredible low rate to any other phone on the planet. You can also call all your online friends (peer-to-peer calls) as long as you like, for free. Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (Adepto Telecom) user name.

When using Mac or Linux it is possible to use Adepto Telecom by just downloading the FREE Softphone of your choice! How it works; - Sign up for a account with Adepto Telecom.com (with a PC).- Download the softphone of your choice, we advice the following FREE Softphones. - Follow the instructions when installing your softphone and use our sip settings (click here for more info.) - Make cheap calls via Adepto Telecom!

Yes you can, if you use a DID-number supplier you have to forward your DID to: username@adeptotele@77.72.173.198

At Adepto Telecom, your credit will NOT expire.

^ top How much will I be charged for my calls?

Calls to all other (PSTN) phone numbers will be charged the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded to next second (per second billing). Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees!

We always try to offer the best prices possible and Adepto Telecom constantly aims to negotiate better deals with suppliers to pass this discount on to our customers! Unfortunately not at the moment. Only destinations which we are able to offer at discounted rates are included in our destinations list. Therefore, if the country you wish to call is not included in the list, we do not offer it yet.

In the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages.

^ top How much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in number?

This depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines.
